The striking Ball Chair was designed in 1968 by Finland’s Eero Aarnio. The chair essentially comprises a hollowed our sphere big enough for an adult to comfortably fit into with a cut away front, which is mounted on a high quality ball bearing swivel mechanism. The stunning ball chair is often referred to as a room within a room as it gives its occupant a peaceful and private place in which to sit. From the minute people see the iconic Ball Chair they seem to be drawn towards it. It really does stand alone as a dramatic and yet hugely fun piece of furniture. Our high quality chair is made of very high quality polished fibreglass with a fully upholstered interior.
